Booking a Repatriation with SkyCare:
Simple 3-step process
Simple 3-step process
We understand that the two most important questions when arranging a repatriation are: What will it cost? and When can it be done? To provide you with accurate answers, please follow these steps:
- Quotation Request Form
Complete our Quotation Request Form with basic details, including the patient’s information, current and destination locations, and a brief medical summary. - Confirmation and Booking
If you’re satisfied with the quotation and our terms of service, we’ll finalise the date with you. Once confirmed, you’ll need to complete the Booking Form with any remaining required information and arrange payment for the service. - Coordination and Transfer
Upon confirmation, we liaise with both the discharging and receiving hospitals to manage discharge and admission arrangements. Once all preparations are complete, we will collect the patient and safely transport them to the receiving facility.
To ensure a swift and efficient transfer, it’s vital to provide us with accurate and comprehensive details about the repatriation. While our team is always available by phone to assist you, documenting the necessary information helps us deliver the highest standard of service and care, as well as provide precise cost estimates.
