Airside Transfers

SkyCare Repatriation is committed to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care and that includes providing safe and reliable transportation to their care destination. Our ambulances meet repatriation flights at most UK airports with a decade of understanding aviation access, long-distance journeys and the individual care needed. Our fleet of over 60 fully equipped ambulances, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and cars are available to convey patients for their onward journey.

We provide wing-to-ambulance transfers with airside ramp/apron collections or liaise with patients landside in the airport terminal. We can transfer patients with their medical team or supply our highly skilled healthcare professionals to continue the journey. SkyCare Repatriation transfers patients to their pre-arranged hospital, care facility, or a residential address anywhere in the UK.

We have established relationships with many hospitals in London and the Home Counties, ensuring a seamless transition of care.

Our base locations offer short transfer times to London hospitals and many airports including:  London Biggin Hill, Blackbushe, Farnborough,  London City, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton with only slightly longer, travelling times to Stanstead and Southend and Norwich airports.
