	UK CAA - AOC (Air Operators Certificate) #2480 - Holding a CAA Air Operator Certificate (AOC) ensures SkyCare Repatriation meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability in air ambulance operations. Our AOC is managed by Orien's Aviation.

Their frameworks reflect the high level of governance, safety, and patient care that we are proud to uphold in our daily operations. While we are actively working towards EURAMI and CAMTS accreditation, we already operate under stringent dual regulation. In the UK, our clinical services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring the highest standards of medical governance, while our aviation operations are overseen by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), maintaining rigorous safety compliance.
