From our base at London, Biggin Hill we can be en route within 90 minutes and can repatriate patients from most larger airports in Spain. Our main routes are Malaga to London, serving Marbella, the Costa del Sol and Andalusia, as well as Alicante to London.  Additionally, our satellite ambulance hub in Alicante, enables us to provide a hassle-free bed-to-bed service.

SkyCare can collect your loved one from a hospital or residential address in mainland Spain, continue their care throughout the flight, and then deliver them to their care destination in the UK.   We also offer medical escort services using commercial flights and airside patient transfers.  Our experienced team of professionals can repatriate patients with any level of medical need.  For added peace of mind SkyCare manage every aspect of the repatriation and provide regular updates throughout the journey.
