Part-Time Bookkeeper : Level 4

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and experienced Level 4 Bookkeeper to join our team in Biggin Hill on a part-time basis.

This would suit someone who enjoys being part of a small, busy team and is confident taking ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping. We’re looking for someone reliable, approachable and detail-focused who can help keep our finances running smoothly.

The role will include managing purchase and sales invoices, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, credit control, VAT returns, payroll and general bookkeeping duties. You’ll also help prepare monthly figures and reports for management and support with year-end information for our accountants.

We’d ideally like someone with an AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent, along with previous bookkeeping experience. Experience using Xero accounting software, good Excel skills are important too.

We’re a friendly team and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently but also happy to get involved and work alongside others when needed.

The hours can be flexible for the right person, and we’re happy to discuss a working pattern that suits both sides.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.
