Lloyd Shorting

Lloyd has been an integral part of the BM Group for several years, becoming Clinical Director of BM Ambulance over two years ago, where he leads on compliance and clinical oversight.

An experienced frontline paramedic, Lloyd divides his time between the BM Group and the NHS, delivering high-quality patient care across both sectors. His dual roles have placed him at the centre of complex clinical environments, including overseas medical repatriations and high-acuity inter-facility transfers within the UK. This breadth of exposure enables him to uphold exceptional standards of care under pressure, while also ensuring regulatory excellence within the organisation.
