Sarah Gosling brings a rare combination of frontline clinical experience and people-first leadership to her role as Head of HR and Compliance at SkyCare. As a fully registered nurse, Sarah has worked across a wide range of care environments, giving her a deep understanding of both patient needs and the realities faced by frontline teams.

Now leading our HR and workforce operations, Sarah plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards in staff recruitment, clinical compliance, and operational integrity. Her role spans across policy development, training coordination, and regulatory oversight — ensuring every SkyCare team member is supported, capable, and patient-focused.

Sarah is passionate about delivering safe, compassionate care through strong systems and well-supported staff. She oversees our clinical governance processes alongside the CMO and senior leadership team, and supports SkyCare’s ongoing commitment to quality, continuity, and compliance — across the UK and international operations.
